Bio

John G has a rich background playing live and in the studio in nearly every musical genre.
From Classical, Jazz, and Swing to Rock, Soul, Funk, Beach, and even a little Country.

He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Music Education and has performed nationally with Dizzy Gillespie and Natalie Cole and performed/recorded regionally with The Breeze, Band of Oz, Big Sam, and Fantastic Shakers.
He has been performing as a solo artist since 2008.

John G was inducted into the CBMA Hall Of Fame in 2019.
