Hello! I'm John G.

I have a rich background playing live and in the studio with nearly every musical genre. From Classical, Jazz, and Swing to Rock, Soul, Funk, Beach, and even a little Country.

I graduated from University of South Carolina (GO COCKS!) with a BA in Music Education and taught for a few years until I realized I was much better at doing than teaching.

I've played or sung on more regional bands' records than I can count, as well as a lot of commercials you might have heard along the way.

I've performed with a lot of folks including Dizzy Gillespie and Natalie Cole (nationally), and The Breeze, Band of Oz, Big Sam, Fantastic Shakers (regionally).
